A woman may not be extremely pretty but if she oozes with self-confidence, men gravitate towards her. She carries herself well because she believes in herself, in what she can do, and in what she thinks.
Independent
Independence develops self-confidence. Men like self-reliant women who are productive and busy, who have no time for clinging or self-pity and does not wallow in depression. If she falls, she simply picks herself up and dusts herself without waiting for anyone to offer a hand.
Feminine
Somehow, men are more attracted to women who are proud of being female and are not ashamed of their femininity, even when they go out and do “a man’s job”.
Fun
What men like is a woman who knows how to appreciate and enjoy life. She has a great sense of humor, is not afraid to try out new things, and is simply fun to be with — even when they’re just sitting down doing nothing!

Men sometimes just want to be alone with their thoughts and figure things out by themselves. These are the times that they appreciate a woman who knows when to back off and give them some space. She also lets him have his time to be “with the guys” and does not try to keep him to herself.

Ask any man and you would find that he prefers a woman who takes care of herself over a complete slob. A woman does not necessarily have to be of supermodel quality to win over a guy’s attention. She only needs to be healthy, has good personal hygiene habits, smells good, and knows how to choose clothes that suit her personality.

There is something about a woman oozing with sex appeal that make men instantly want to get to know her. It’s a man’s primordial instinct, perhaps. But appeal has little to do with baring more skin. It’s more on a woman’s body language and how she communicates using her facial expressions and subtle body movements.
The kind of woman a particular man likes really depends on his personal preferences. But in general, whether you’re homely, athletic, bookish or corporate, you wouldn’t go wrong with the above characteristics within you.
